Our location in Werder (Havel):

In December 2023 we successfully put our new 40,000m² location in Magna Park in Werder (Havel) into operation! The location has a fashion focus. We pick over 4,000 customer orders every day and ship them all over the world.

Your tasks – how you get involved:

• Build -out and automate financial reporting and planning capabilities
• Maintain and expand existing BI and Performance tracking capabilities and mechanisms
• Partner with operations stakeholders by providing robust financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and cost productivity
• Develop models to link operational performance to financials to determine opportunities for ops improvement
• Coordinate with accounting team during month end closing to ensure financial accuracy

Your profile – how you convince us:

• Experience with financial modeling, analysis and forecasting
• Proficiency in Excel, and database tools such as such as Power BI, Python, SQL
• Experience working with large datasets, and high attention to detail when exploring datasets
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, engineering, or computer science
• Very good communication and teamwork skills, strong service-oriented mindset, and willing to learn
• Good German and English communication skills
